So excited to see you here, I’m Olga!

Completed my coaching training with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy, Melbourne, Australia.

Currently finalising my ICF-accredited certification. (International Coaching Federation).

In addition to that I’m an Akashic Records Practitioner and intuitive artist.

No matter the tools I use, I’m here to support you in connecting to the life you actually love living!

It’s for you if you’ve done everything right in life - but it doesn't feel right anymore; or if you processed major life transitions and losses and are now ready to rebuild your routine, find out what is it that you truly want for yourself and how to get there.

The work I do today is deeply connected to my own path.

My Story

My own journey has been a constant process of change. I’ve changed careers, moved countries and continents, and experienced my own journey of growth, profound healing, and transformation. The only thing that hasn’t changed? My sense of humour — that one seems to have been pretty consistent.

These experiences are a big part of why I’m doing this work and how it found me.

Living in different countries has also shaped the way I see the world. I work with clients in English, German, and Russian. I also speak some Spanish — enough to talk in a bar and rely heavily on my intuition.

When I was 20, I believed I knew myself pretty well. Even more, I believed I was making my career and love choices forever — little did I know what would come next.

Now, almost half a century into this adventure, I’m so happy that nothing is fixed and that it’s never too late for anything. I’ve learned that the change that comes with life is so much more exciting and alive than a linear, fixed timeline that we are not even meant to live.

Uncertainty and change are not about becoming someone else — they are about discovering more of who we are. And that’s a process. But you have to start somewhere!

A decision to change your life is never an easy one, but I promise you - if it’s calling you, it’s exactly the right time to start this amazing journey. And let’s not forget the fun. I’m very excited for you!

My Manifesto

I believe you already have the answers within you. My role is not to tell you who to become and what you should do, but to help you reconnect with your own clarity, intuition, and inner wisdom.

“The way Out is the way In”.

Change is not about creating a completely new person or burning bridges. It is about understanding who you are now, what truly matters to you, and taking real steps toward a life that feels exciting, meaningful, and truly yours.

My work is grounded in clarity, change, creativity, and nervous system safety.

The only approach that truly works is the one that works for you.

Self-worth is your birthright

Self-worth is a given, a birthright, not a “feature” tied to performance and productivity or to looking a certain way, owning certain things. It is not something you need to earn.

Clarity over confusion

The only permanent thing is change

Life starts when you stop buying into idea that it should be linear and everything is fixed.

We are here for growth, not a standstill

What clients are saying

A modern outdoor patio with a curved concrete bench, two rust-colored cushions, a wooden coffee table with books and a mug, a large potted plant, and lush greenery against a beige stone wall and wooden pergola overhead.

“When we first connected, I felt very unsettled, lost, and frustrated. I was tired of all the changes in my career and personal life and had a strong sense that I either needed to start a new chapter or finally come back to my “real self”. I wanted to understand who I am now and what kind of life and work could truly fit me.

Before the first session, I felt curious and a little sceptical. Part of me expected classic tools – standard questionnaires and mind maps – similar to career-oriented psychotherapy I had tried before, which usually resulted in nice ideas that faded after a couple of months. During the session, I was pleasantly surprised by how structured, clear, and at the same time personal Olga’s approach was. By the end of the session, something had shifted: “Okay, this is new. This is a structure I can commit to.” The next steps felt manageable, not overwhelming, and I left feeling genuinely excited to see what would come next.

I was not pushed for “perfect” preparation or extensive tasks between the sessions. For someone with perfectionist tendencies, this was very important – it kept me moving instead of getting stuck in guilt or all-or-nothing thinking.

I allowed myself to tap into my “dream-dream-dream” career and, with a smart and realistic approach, it no longer feels like an unrealistic fantasy but something truly achievable.

The biggest change is that I’ve found my belief in myself again. I have finally integrated the understanding that I don’t need to be liked by everyone – and that this is actually a precondition for being fully myself. With Olga’s support, I gained clarity on my core strengths, my deepest values, and the genuinely good parts of my personality. I now have a much stronger belief in my own power and a sense that my life is in my hands.

I would genuinely recommend this kind of coaching to anyone at some point in their life, even if they think they already know what they want to do. It helps you dig deeper and discover what is truly aligned with who you are.

If I had to describe my coaching experience in 3 words, they would be: Structured – Inspiring – Breakthrough.”

“I am a medical doctor in my 60s, and after completing antidepressant therapy, I wanted to build a new, stress-free routine that would support me in my everyday life.

When I started working with Olga, my goals were to create more balance in my daily routine and to stop outsourcing my self-worth to others. I wanted to understand myself better and find healthier ways to navigate stress.

One of the first tools we explored was Olga’s “Break the Loop” somatic exercise. I loved how practical and effective it was — it gave me a way to work with stress in the moment and reconnect with myself when difficult emotions arise.

Through our work, we discovered that beneath my stress responses there was a deeper layer — fear. This realisation became an important turning point. Instead of only focusing on managing stressful moments, we began exploring the patterns behind my reactions, including the need for control, and how I can build a different relationship with fear and uncertainty.

Because of these new discoveries, we decided to continue our journey from three months to six months, allowing more space to explore these patterns and develop tools for long-term stress management.

What I appreciate most about Olga’s approach is the combination of structure, compassion, and depth. She creates a safe space where I can explore difficult topics while also giving me practical tools that I can apply in everyday life. Our work is helping me create a more balanced routine and a stronger connection with myself.”
